SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR MICROMANGO'S SOFTWARE

All Micromango Software (Micromango) is copyrighted by Micromango unless otherwise stated. Copyright law protects this software program and any associated material.

Micromango retains title to and ownership in the copyright of the software program and the associated materials. This software product is provided as freeware, therefore is provided as free of charge. You may copy and distribute copies of this program provided that you keep this freeware license and disclaimer of warranty intact.

You must not charge money or fees for the software product to anyone except to cover distribution costs. Micromango is not responsible to reimburse any fees or distribution cost you might have decided to go into.

The copyright holder reserves the right to reclassify this software as a non-freeware product at a later date (i.e. shareware of public domain). Doing so will not modify the license agreement of previously distributed executables.

Agreement
This is an agreement between Licensor and Licensee, who is being licensed to use the named Software.

While every effort is made to provided timely technical support no guarantees whatsoever are implied that technical support will be provided or that technical support, when provided, will be accurate. Software offered on this site is basically unsupported and supplied on an as-is basis.

Distribution
You are not allowed to distribute this software to anyone without author's approval. This License permits Licensee to install the Software on more than one computer system, as long as the Software will not be used on more than one computer system simultaneously. Licensee will not make copies of the Software or allow copies of the Software to be made by others, unless authorized by this License Agreement. Licensee may make copies of the Software for backup purposes only.
